A little bit crazy you might say....but all in all, a FABULOUS weekend at Cake International, NEC 2011! A HUGE thank you to Luci Crossman of Juci Luci's Cupcake Factory for being my more than helpful assistant all weekend and for making sure I had everything I needed to keep me going...which means everything I totally forgot! Lol! Also a HUGE thank you to Tracy Scope for stepping in when needed and keeping the smile on my face...the only way is Essex babe! You're a star. So....if both of you girls are willing and available next year I'll see you at the same place and on the 9th, 10th & 11th November. Just keep me going in coffee and I'll be sound as a pound! I didn't get much opportunity to view the beautiful cake entries but I managed to spot a few from my past students who walked away with Gold certificates. Well done to all of you. Three days of stress, hard work, sleepless nights, bloody sweat and tears.....will I do it again? You bet I will!
