It's a brand new year...and we always start it off resolving to be better people and take better care of ourselves. All the smokers resolve to quit and the diet clubs make an initial fortune as half the population signs up, resolving to shift the pounds once and for all. Then next week comes and the air is twice as polluted with smoke and even more doughnuts have shifted off the bakers shelves! Lol! Why do we do it? Make resolutions I mean? I resolved this year to stop smoking and not to drink so much tea. This is the easiest resolution I've ever made and the ONLY one I'm ever likely to be able to keep since I neither smoke nor drink tea, I cheated! Well...where is it written that a resolution has to be something that you already do? One resolution I DO know that I will be able to keep wholeheartedly....I resolve to give you the most entertaining workshops this year. Kicking off in Nigeria next week and then Nottingham and Belfast in February. Seattle classes in March are now open for registration too.
