Great chieftan o'the puddin'race....

This is a piece created to be displayed on the Table of Honour at the International Exhibition in Telford taking place on the 19th & 20th May.  I made the haggis using Rice Crispies and marshmallow, commonly known as Rice Crispie Treats!  Very messy to make but very easy to shape and carve if you wanted to, although, there is not carving necessary in shaping a haggis.  All I can say is hallelujah to that!  I'm not so swift with a knife to do the sculpted cake stuff so a haggis for me proved to be happy days.  I wanted to take a little bit of Scottish humour to the event so hopefully I've achieved that.  If you are going to be at the event do stop and say hello if you see me wandering aimlessly around.  I'll be the one with the highest shoes and strapped to a coffee machine!  Lol!
